Always Out Front! Texas Forever!

September is Suicide Prevention Month

You Matter. Your Story Isn’t Over.

Life can feel unbearably heavy at times. You might feel like no one understands, or that the pain will never end. If you’ve ever had thoughts that the world would be better without you, please know this: you are not alone, and there is hope.

Your presence in this world makes a difference—even on the days when it doesn’t feel that way. The truth is, your struggles do not define your worth. You are loved, you are needed, and there are brighter days ahead, even if you can’t see them right now.

Reaching out takes courage, but it can open the door to healing. Talk to someone you trust—a friend, family member, mentor, or counselor. If you’re in the U.S., you can dial 988 anytime to connect with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and speak to someone who cares, day or night.

Your feelings are valid. Your pain is real. But so is hope. With support, things can get better. Please stay. Please reach out. The world needs your light.

You are not alone. Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or contact the National Hopeline Network at 1-800-784-2433. Help is available 24/7.

Your life is worth fighting for. Let’s hold space for hope and healing together.
